7.1.2 Legal Basis

Data processing and the use of analytical tools are carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6(1) lit. a) GDPR.

7.1.3 Purpose of Processing

Google uses the data and information obtained, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website, to compile online reports for us that show activities on our websites, and to provide other services related to the use of our website.

Google Analytics places a cookie on the affected person's information technology system. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is enabled to analyze the use of our website. Each time one of the individual pages of this website, operated by FSV Zwickau Spielbetriebsgesellschaft mbH and on which a Google Analytics component is integrated, is called up, the internet browser on the affected person's system is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. As part of this technical process, Google gains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the affected person, which Google uses, among other things, to trace the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently to enable commission statements.

The use of analysis cookies serves the purpose of improving the quality of our website and its content. Through the analysis cookies, we learn how the website is used and can continuously optimize our offering.

7.1.4 Storage Duration

These cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted to our website by the user. Therefore, as a user, you also have full control over the use of cookies. 7.1.5 Objection and Removal Options

The lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of consent up to the time of revocation remains unaffected. Furthermore, you can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as described above, at any time by making the appropriate settings in the browser you use and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on the computer or browser. In addition, a cookie set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time through the browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, the data subject has the option of objecting to and preventing the collection of data generated by Google Analytics and relating to the use of this website. To do this, the data subject must download and install a browser add-on under the link This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about visits to websites may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered a contradiction by Google. If the information technology system of the data subject is deleted, formatted, or reinstalled at a later date, the data subject must reinstall the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the data subject or another person within their control, there is the option of reinstalling or reactivating the browser add-on.

Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google can be found at and Google Analytics is explained in more detail at this link
