Declaration on accessibility

The Saxon State Ministry for Science, Culture and Tourism endeavours to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Saxon Inclusion Act (SächsInklusG) and the Barrier-Free Websites Act (BfWebG) in conjunction with the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). The BfWebG is supplemented by the Barrier-Free Websites Ordinance (BfWebVO). These laws are drafted in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

This accessibility statement applies to www.spin2030.com.

State of accessibility

Accessibility is based on the internationally valid Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at conformity level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, version 3.2.1. In addition, the international standard PDF/UA-1 is observed for PDF documents.

The website www.spin2030.com is largely barrier-free according to the above-mentioned guidelines, but not yet completely barrier-free. To support accessibility, there is a contrast switch in the head area. This increases the color contrast of text and image and thus the readability of the content.

Non-accessible content

Embedded Youtube videos

Due to the design concept of the portal, the integrated Youtube videos cannot currently be displayed completely barrier-free. However, the videos are available on the official YouTube channel of the web portal operator at: https://www.youtube.com/@spin-2030 once again in the normal YouTube player, including its accessibility features.

Study programme search

The dialogue texts within the course search are not completely barrier-free.

Order form

Five of the course flyers offered for download (No. 1, 2, 5, 8 and 9) are not yet available as barrier-free pdf documents. As soon as these flyers are reissued, there will also be a barrier-free pdf for them.

Preparation of the declaration

This statement was last updated on April 25, 2023. We continuously determine the level of accessibility by means of an audit. The last date of review by dzb read was February 2022.
