I think it's great that in a region like Dresden, an international and absolutely technologically advanced environment has been established. After all, the name 'Silicon Saxony' speaks for itself. I work in Human Resources, dealing every day with people who create innovations, are passionately engaged in research, and therefore need to constantly think outside the box. It's fantastic, inspiring, but also challenging to find new talents for our institute and thus have a certain influence on which bright minds get to be creative with us. I believe that the many new companies settling here and investing in their own future as well as that of their employees offer our region and its residents many new opportunities. Thus, Dresden, alongside its vineyards and cultural institutions, remains definitely worth a visit for tourists, but also increases its attractiveness as an exciting job market.
