For me as a Computer Science PhD student, CASUS is a great place to do research and provides an inspiring working atmosphere. Beyond academia, Görlitz surprises with its active youth community, with a cultural diversity and open-mindedness that I did not expect from a small, quiet town mainly known as a quaint tourist hot spot.
