As part of my doctoral thesis, I am focusing on women at the Dresden court in the 18th and 19th centuries. Dresden, as a former royal residence city, provides an exceptionally rich historical foundation for my research due to its concentration of museums and archives stemming from the court collections. Additionally, I benefit from the proximity to the State Library and other central institutions within the academic landscape of Saxony.
