The state of Saxony as a hub for research boasts a rural character brimming with life and exciting research projects, allowing one to collaborate with interesting colleagues across diverse fields. Particularly in the research field of poultry farming, I see optimal conditions to strike a balance between animal welfare, good animal performance, and meeting consumer demands. Being raised in Saxony, I have a deep connection to the region and I aim to further tap into the potential of our federal state through various projects.
