Supporting the Open Access initiative at the University of Applied Sciences Dresden is an exciting task for me. Not only can I assist our researchers in increasing the impact of their work, but I can also facilitate the usability of their findings for society, aligning perfectly with our university's ethos that emphasizes application-oriented, interdisciplinary, and transferable knowledge. The university library serves as an ideal workplace for me in this endeavor, offering comprehensive access to knowledge and an attractive learning environment. It collaborates closely with colleagues from all sectors of the university to actively aid HTWD researchers in enhancing the visibility of their work.
