The work as a technician at the research institute is very exciting and diverse. Challenging topics constantly provide opportunities to deepen existing knowledge and learn new things. Close collaboration between scientists and technicians is crucial to tackle major challenges as a team. This creates a positive and motivating environment. Moreover, it's a lot of fun, especially when the desired results can be achieved in projects. The topics we are currently focusing on at IOM in the field of energy generation and resource conservation are close to my heart as they can contribute to the energy transition.
